EASY WAY TO MAKE SEAWEED PASTRY AKA 紫菜饼

Chinese New Year is just round the corner. Making seaweed pastry during this time couldn't be much more suitable. Seaweed pastry is everybody's fav and its pretty addictive :D

Here are the ingredients:
So now let's get started!!!

First of all,crack the eggs, add some salt into the eggs and beat it. Lay out one piece of pastry.
 Brush a layer of eggs on the pastry. The eggs act as a glue and will help to stick the sesame and the seaweed. Put the seaweed (cut into half) on top and sprinkle some sesame seeds (alternative). Trust me, its tastes better with sesame seeds.



 Fold it into half and cut it into size you like with a scissors.
I prefer long rectangular. (normally its much more shorter)
 And now off into the pan. Here's a tip: put it one by one in order not to let them stick together.
 Fry till its golden brown. Usually it takes about 1 min.

 Now its done!!!
Put them in a container and seal it (or else they will get soggy).Decorate it with some chinese new year card to make it more beautiful!
